Montis Distilling, a charming craft distillery nestled in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia. Our passion for crafting exceptional spirits drives us to utilize only the finest locally-sourced malted barley from the beautiful province of British Columbia.

Established in the summer of 2019 and located in the heart of Function Junction, Whistler, we take immense pride in distilling a range of spirits, including gin, vodka, and whisky. At Montis Distilling, we go beyond standard offerings and extend the opportunity for personalized programs, allowing you to create custom batches of gin tailored to your preferences.

As a small-batch distillery, every step of our process is a labor of love, and it truly reflects in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each sip of our spirits showcases the dedication and artistry that defines Montis Distilling.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be aware that we do not have a bar or food menu available; our tasting room is solely dedicated for our Tasting Tours. We accept walk-in's for Montis Tasting & Guided Tours, please note walk-in's are subject to availability. We highly recommend booking in advance as spaces can fill up. You can book online for up to 12 guests - we can accommodate larger groups over 12 by email inquiry: montis@montisdistilling.com.
