Perfect for celebrations, birthdays, restaurants, and businesses of all sizes, this unique experience begins with a personalized one-hour gin consultation at Montis Distilling. Together, we’ll explore your flavour preferences, and by the end of the session, you’ll have chosen your tasting notes. In just 3-4 weeks, your gin will be ready for pickup, or we can conveniently ship it anywhere in Canada for an additional fee.

Age your very own whisky at Montis Distilling. Experience the craft firsthand with our unique whisky-aging program. With a typical aging period of three years, you can create a custom whisky to call your own. Please note, we offer only 5-gallon barrels for this exclusive experience. At this time we have a waitlist of 8-10 months for those who want to purchase their own barrel and age their own Whisky. It’s a wait, but one that’s well worth it!
