During the consultation you will sample and choose your botanicals

We recommend 3 - 7 botanicals for your custom gin recipe

Pick a name for your small batch custom crafted gin

Choose the artwork for the backdrop of your custom label

Write a description up to 80 words that will be featured on the label​​
Craft your own custom gin with Montis Distilling—a fantastic gift for any occasion or a delightful treat for yourself! Perfect for celebrations, birthdays, restaurants, and businesses of all sizes, this unique experience begins with a personalized one-hour gin consultation at Montis Distilling. Together, we’ll explore your flavour preferences, and by the end of the session, you’ll have chosen your tasting notes. In just 3-4 weeks, your gin will be ready for pickup, or we can conveniently ship it anywhere in Canada for an additional fee.

We fill your brand new American oak cask with our single malt spirit

Annual tastings are included to determine the readiness of your Whisky

The typical age period to create your Whisky is 3 years

Age your very own whisky at Montis Distilling. Experience the craft firsthand with our unique whisky-aging program. With a typical aging period of three years, you can create a custom whisky to call your own—or choose to age it even longer for a richer profile. Please note, we offer only 5-gallon barrels for this exclusive experience. It’s a wait, but one that’s well worth it!
