A twist on a classic Bees Knees cocktail, more mountain oriented and herbaceous using our Alpine Gin

2oz Alpine Gin

0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5oz Homemade Local Honey Syrup (2/1 honey/water ratio)

Add all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shaker thoroughly, double strain into a chilled small glass or martini glass. For garnish, use a Lemon twist or fresh growth from a red cedar tree (roll around in hands before garnishing to activate oils and aromas)



A citrus forward gimlet using our Alpenglow gin

2oz of Alpenglow gin 

0.25oz  Fresh Grapefruit Juice

0.25oz Fresh Lime Juice 

0.5oz simple syrup 

Add all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shaker thoroughly, double strain into a chilled martini glass. 

Garnish with dehydrated candied grapefruit. Cut  grapefruit into thin half moon slices. Boil in 1 to 1 ratio sugar and water syrup for  up to 5 mins. Once cooled, pate dry and dehydrate on parchment paper in your oven at 165F for 2-6 hours. Remove once completely dry and garnish!


A deeper take on a boulevardier using Winter Spirit

1oz Winter Spirt 

1oz Spanish style Vermouth 

0.75 Campari 

Add all ingredients into glass shaker and stir for 45-60 seconds on tons of ice. Strain into a rock glass and garnish with half moon apple or orange slice. 



A classic twist on a negroni with a smokey finish, not for the kind hearted

1.25oz Alpine Gin 

1oz Aperol

0.25 Amaro Montenegro 

0.25 saline solution (10% salt + 90% water)

2 drop Smoke and Oak bitters

Add all ingredients to a glass and stir over tons of ice, strain into a rock glass with fresh ice and garnish with fresh orange peel and a fresh growth red cedar tree tip, place tree tip in glass and use torch to gently char the red cedar to activate aromas and smoke.


A flavourful boozy Tom Collins but with our crisp North Vodka

1.5oz North Vodka

1oz Campari

2oz apple cider

0.5 Fresh Lemon Juice

0.25 Honey Syrup

2 dash cinnamon bitters

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake thoroughly, double strain into a tall Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda. For garnish, use a full cinnamon stick or 3 fresh black berries on a skewer.
