Montis Distilling, a charming craft distillery nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Whistler, British Columbia. Our passion for crafting exceptional spirits drives us to utilize only the finest locally-sourced malted barley from the beautiful province of British Columbia.

Established in the summer of 2019 and located in the heart of Function Junction, Whistler, we take immense pride in distilling a range of exquisite spirits, including gin, vodka, and whisky. At Montis Distilling, we go beyond standard offerings and extend the opportunity for personalized programs, allowing you to create custom batches of gin and whisky tailored to your preferences.

A perfectly balanced cocktail that combines flavours of the West and the warmth of our Alpenglow Gin with hints of citrus.

A classic twist on a negroni using our coniferous Alpine Gin with a smokey finish, not for the kind hearted.
